CLIENT SUCCESS AGENT
Our client, a growing company within the FX & Financial Services industry, is looking for a Client Success Agent to join their team in Paphos, Cyprus.
This is a client-focused role for someone who enjoys building relationships, proactively engaging with clients and supporting their long-term experience.
What you’ll do
→ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
→ Conduct outbound calls and proactively engage with clients
→ Follow up with clients to understand their needs and maintain engagement
→ Provide guidance on accounts, platform features and available services
→ Identify opportunities to improve client experience and retention
→ Monitor client activity and identify potential issues or engagement opportunities
→ Handle client inquiries and coordinate with Payments, Compliance, Back Office and IT
→ Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
→ Gather client feedback and share insights with management
→ Maintain accurate records of client interactions
→ Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards
What we’re looking for
→ Excellent English, almost native level, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
→ Previous experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Client Services or a similar client-facing role
→ Experience within FX/FinTech or Financial Services is highly desirable
→ Confidence in handling outbound calls and building strong client relationships
→ Proactive, customer-focused and relationship-oriented mindset
→ Strong problem-solving skills
→ Ability to understand and explain platform functionality
→ Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
→ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Monday – Friday | 05:30 – 14:00
