IT Help Desk Support – Fintech Industry

About the Role
We are looking for an IT Help Desk Support professional to join a fast-paced fintech company. The ideal candidate will provide first-line technical support to employees, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support to employees via email, phone, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and other IT equipment. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to company systems. Support Microsoft 365, Windows, and other business applications. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams. Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, requests, and resolutions. Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees. Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and procedures. Support the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
Requirements
Requirements 1–2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365. Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management. Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting tools. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English.
Nice to Have Experience in the Fintech, iGaming, or financial services industry. Basic understanding of IT security and data protection. Familiarity with remote support tools.
