We’re looking for a PSP & Licensing Manager to own our payment partnerships and regulatory licenses. You’ll drive payment performance, cut processing costs, keep our licenses in good standing, and help shape our payment and regulatory strategy in the fast-paced FX/CFD industry.💰 Salary: €5,000 gross/month (negotiable)🕘 Working hours: 09:00–18:00 (08:00–17:00 negotiable)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR✅ Experience in PSP management, payment operations, fintech, or financial services✅ Hands-on experience with regulatory licensing, such as applications, renewals, and regulator liaison✅ Solid understanding of payment processing, settlements, and chargebacks✅ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills✅ Experience in FX, forex brokerage, or CFD is a major plus✅ A proactive mindset and the ability to manage partners and regulators, solve problems, and improve performance
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Own PSP relationships: manage partnerships with PSPs, acquirers, banks, and other payment providers.
- Drive payment performance: monitor approval rates, settlements, fees, chargebacks, and processing issues.
- Optimize costs and efficiency: find ways to improve payment performance and reduce operational expenses.
- Keep payments running smoothly: oversee reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and resolve delayed settlements.
- Explore new opportunities: evaluate new PSPs and payment methods to support business growth.
Licensing
- Own the license portfolio: manage applications, renewals, variations, and ongoing license maintenance.
- Be the regulator’s point of contact: handle correspondence, information requests, and periodic regulatory submissions.
- Stay ahead of regulation: track regulatory changes and assess their impact on licenses, payments, and operations.
- Keep license conditions met: make sure license requirements are reflected in PSP agreements, processes, and documentation.
Across both
- Manage risk and compliance: monitor contractual obligations, service levels, and payment and regulatory risks.
- Lead coordination: work closely with the Finance, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Product, and Technology teams.
- Influence decisions: turn payment and regulatory data into clear recommendations for management.
